Ridwaan Jhetam, Global Clinical Operations Head Oncology Senior Director, Johnson and Johnson discusses optimal outsourcing strategies to safeguard the trial design and aims of the study, solutions for cutting costs without compromising drug development activities and identifying expertise and finding the right trial external partners to fit the needs of the trial.
