Andrê has been fighting for more than 15 years to make customers the real and effective head of the company. Orange, a large telecom services provider, has a clear ambition to become a reference and a strong leader of customer experience in each country where it is present.
After several years of field responsibilities in direct contact with SOHO and consumer customers, Fabrice held global responsibilities for Orange in France to improve time to market and offer relevance for customers. He managed Orange France Customer Services for 5 years and developed a strong customer culture in the company at this time.
After global customer responsibilities in Orange international, he is now in charge of Orange Operations in Western Africa, serving 30 million customers with the ambition of strong NPS leadership. Fabrice is also a strong promoter of customer culture in France and has held responsibilities in this field in various business associations.
