Shawn B. Castle
Shawn B. Castle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science from Morehead State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Morehead State University. Shawn has over 15 years of management experience with help desk, customer care, and sales groups for Ashland Inc. Shawn’s experience includes experience with consumer packaged goods as well as retail sales and support.
Shawn’s professional membership affiliations include the Help Desk Institute, where he acquired Support Center Manager and Authorized Training Partner certifications. He has experience in business process outsourcing, project management and information systems management. Shawn has managed large point-of-sale system upgrades and created internal competitive advantages with multi-channel customer care strategies.
Shawn is currently the Support Center Manager for Valvoline in Lexington, Kentucky. In this role he is responsible for managing the overall operations of the multifunctional group. This includes supporting internal and external customers with inside sales, world class customer service, and technical support.
