Steve joined Capital One in 2009 and has over 30 years of financial services experience, including 17 years in the Treasury Management field. Prior to joining Capital One, Steve held roles with ABN AMRO/LaSalle Bank, First National Bank Of Chicago and Fuji Securities, including leadership roles in the areas of Customer Service, Product Management, Operations and individual contributor roles in both Securities Trading and Sales.
Steve is currently responsible for leading the Treasury Management Client Service organization for Capital One Bank, with responsibility for comprehensive servicing support of client needs related to the full suite of Treasury Management products and services, including technical support for our online banking products and customer training programs.
Steve’s professional credentials include earning certification as a Certified Cash Manager, Business Process Manager and Accredited ACH Professional. He holds a BS in Finance from Eastern Illinois University and a Masters in Business Administration from The University of Notre Dame.
Steve and his wife have been married for over 25 years. They have three children and live in the Chicago area. Steve enjoys basketball, golf, cycling and hockey. As an avid sports fan, Steve’s favorite teams are the Bears, Blackhawks and the White Sox.
