Craig McCrackin

Craig has extensive experience managing the operations of clients including functions in procure-to-pay, order-to-cash and record-to-report. McCrackin has 14 years business process outsourcing experience. This experience includes managing the Transition team responsible for effectively transitioning work from clients to Xerox. These projects involve transitioning work to many Xerox locations outside the U.S. including Jamaica, India, Manila, Mexico, Brazil and Spain.

Prior to joining Xerox in 2002, he worked 19 years at Arthur Andersen. While at there, he was the Director of Finance and Administration for the Tempe, Arizona, shared services center. During the initial migration of work from various clients to Arthur Andersen, he was responsible for overseeing the budget and working closely with project teams to make sure the transition of work to the operations group was successful. McCrackin has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Michigan. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
