<p>Michelle Blieberg is currently Global Learning Officer for UBS Investment Bank. Michelle leads a team of 80 learning professional and has initiated unique talent development programs and introduced experiential learning across all levels of the organization. Offerings range from graduate hire programs through to senior leadership experiences and external client education.</p>
<p>Before joining UBS Investment Bank, Michelle was head of Human Resources and Community Relations for Moody’s KMV from 2003, responsible for world wide human resources programs and policies and directed Moody’s Foundation in San Francisco.</p>
<p>In 2000, Michelle opened up her own Human Resources consulting firm, which specialized in organizational learning, HR strategy, and executive coaching. Blieberg Consulting created Corporate Learning Centers, Performance Management Systems, organizational change initiatives and Vision & Values initiatives for corporations.</p>
<p>Michelle held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Charles Schwab & Co., Inc for five years. Prior to her joining Charles Schwab & Co., Michelle was Senior Vice President of Organizational Development and Training with Travelers/Smith Barney (formerly Shearson Lehman Bros.) for eight years. Previous positions include four years with JP Morgan & Co. in the areas of Staff Relations, Compensation & Policy and two years with American Can Company.</p>
<p>Michelle resides in Greenwich, Connecticut, with her husband and three young children.</p>
