He is an efficient strategic planner, who effectively applies an empowering, participatory management style to encourage accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and industry-leading results.

He has received multiple awards and accolades, including Manager Award for Most Improvement in CSAT in all of North American Call Centers from SQM Group. His areas of expertise include building internal and external brand presence using social media for hiring, retention, ESAT and CSAT; efficiency gains; and bridging operations and IT leadership.
