Ryan McShane is the Human Resources Officer for Baltimore County Department of Aging and Principal & Founder of HRevolution- a resume writing and human resource consulting firm.
While with BCDA he has created and implemented various Human Resource Development programs such as Knowledge Management, Knowledge Management for Project Management, The Continuous Learning Committee (CLC), career coaching and many other organizational development initiatives.
His professional affiliations and interests are serving as a Member to UMBC’s Instructional Systems Development (ISD) Advisory Board, Director of CHRA’s Workforce Readiness Committee, Director of SHRM’s Maryland State Workforce Readiness Committee, Co-chair of the Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce’s HR Exchange Committee, member of Chesapeake Bay Organizational Development Network (CBODN) and former member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
Ryan is passionate about creating learning and workforce development initiatives that drive organizations to achieve their business potential through human capital. His latest mission is to educate as many professionals and employers on the opportunities associated with a Mature Workforce and how to create dynamic, systems-driven organizations that capture and share knowledge across hierarchal levels and generations.
