Charlotte Hughes is a Senior Talent Management Consultant with Kimberly-Clark where she is responsible for helping human resources and business leaders with performance improvement and learning solutions that support business goals. Charlotte joined Kimberly-Clark from SunTrust where she served as a Vice President and Learning Consultant at SunTrust University.
Charlotte was previously with Cox Enterprises, Inc. a media and automotive services provider including AutoTrader.com as Manager of Leadership Development in Atlanta, where she was responsible for enterprise development initiatives including executive level to frontline level coaching, mentoring and action learning programs. She also launched the enterprise learning management system to support talent development analytics.
Prior to Cox, Charlotte was Vice President of Learning and Organizational Development for Morgan Stanley in their corporate headquarters where she managed global MBA orientation programs, Leadership Development, and Sales Effectiveness for the Institutional Equity Division.
Charlotte has also held frontline and talent development positions for Chase Bank, Dreyfus Mutual Fund Company, J&W Seligman & Co. now Ameriprise Financial, and buying positions for J.C. Penney Corporation.
Charlotte has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Ecology from Cornell University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from New York Institute of Technology. She is also certified by the Human Capital Institute as a Human Capital Strategist.
Charlotte contributes her expertise through skills-based volunteerism by consulting on executive team effectiveness and performance management for non-profit organizations.
