Jacques Dysli has 20 years of experience covering several industries, 3 continents and various functions. During his career Jacques has been awarded operational responsibilities in both Operations and Commercial departments, giving him a unique understanding of all the processes around Supply Chain. Joining Serono in 2001 after almost a decade in the FMCG industry, Jacques started by managing the trading Company for the group where he notably implemented of a quality system that led to the approval of this trading entity by the Swiss Health Authorities.
After Merck KGaA acquired Serono Jacques has been asked to lead the Biotech Supply Chain with a clear goal in mind: maintaining the customer service.
Entrusted by the management, Jacques has then conceived and built the worldwide Customer Service Department fostering a long-term vision while
championing excellence. In 2010 Jacques has been asked to move to Boston to build and lead the Sales & Marketing Services for the newly created Chemical/
Life Science division after Millipore acquisition by Merck KGaA. In 2013 after completing this endeavour he partnered in Supply Chain Operations putting his
experience at the service of companies looking for process rationalization and/or interim management.
