David Gustafson is the Vice President of Marketing and Product Management, of Mattersight Corporation. In this role, Mr. Gustafson has responsibility for marketing, product management, sales support, and strategic partnerships and alliances. Mattersight is a leader in enterprise analytics used to capture, analyze, and create insight from unstructured conversations, emails, employee desktop activity, and customer data. Our analytics, combined with our unique delivery model, enable our clients to See What Matters™ in service, sales, collections, customer retention, fraud, and back office operations.
Since joining Mattersight in 2000, David has held a number of positions, including Vice President of Business Delivery, responsible for the deployment and support of Mattersight’s solutions. Before joining Mattersight, David worked as a financial analyst at ABN AMRO North America in the office of the CFO.
David holds a BA in Economics, Mathematics and Computer Science from Colby College.
