Jessica joined the Straight Forward team in 2009, the year the company was founded and leads the company’s efforts to support clients’ contact center goals. She works intimately with her clients and offers creative solutions in designing programs to meet their business goals while ensuring the results are executed. Her passion is exceeding client expectations on the outsourcing experience by delivering exceptional program results with a best in class customer experience. Jessica is also intricately involved with dialer management, campaign programming, and data reporting.
