Tom Sweeny is a noted expert in IT services and support. Prior to founding ServiceXRG he held the position of Director of Software Integration and Support Service with Gartner's IT Services division, and established the research and consulting business unit for the Service and Support Professionals Association. Mr. Sweeny held the position of senior manager for Lotus Development's Worldwide Support organization where he directed many of Lotus' service innovations.
