Malcolm Meeks serves as Principal IP Licensing Attorney for Infineon Technologies AG. He specializes in creating business opportunities via the intersection of patent law, technology, and finance. He currently focuses on extracting value, both monetary and strategic, from Infineon’s worldwide portfolio of patent assets. Prior to joining Infineon, Mr. Meeks founded Ebinport LLC, an IP consulting firm. Prior to this, he practiced law at Finnegan LLC, one of the world’s largest IP law firms, where he advised global technology companies in all areas of patent law with a particular focus on litigation. In this capacity, Mr. Meeks took lead roles in patent litigations yielding jury verdicts totaling over $100 million. He holds a BS in electrical engineering from Clemson University, a law degree from Cornell Law School, and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is also registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office.
