Brian Bischoff is Vice President for Global Offer Management at Genesys. His daily mission is working with customers and partners to “save the world from bad customer service”.
He is responsible for assessing the Contact Center needs of enterprises and effectively building and delivering solutions that positively impact customer experience and ROI. Brian brings and applied view of assembling modern technologies, software, and best practices to deliver the next generation Contact Center.
Brian has performed several roles at Genesys including launching and selling the Genesys Voice Platform and promoting an integrated customer experience with the intelligent Customer Front Door ™
Prior to joining Genesys, Brian led Product Management at Telera, a software pioneer in VXML voice processing. In addition he brings a base of management experience having working at AT&T for 15 years in roles including, Offer Development, Business Development, and Sales. Brian has a BS in Business Administration, and an MBA from the University of Richmond in Richmond, VA. He has also earned an Advanced Management Certificate from the Kenan-Flager Business School at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.
