Shamma Al Rahmah
Shamma Al Rahmah serves as Manager of Shared Services Planning and Customer Management for the Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC). As such she acts as a focal point of contact between SSC departments and ENOC Group Business Segments/companies and corporate departments by ensuring proper services are provided as per the agreed Service Level Agreement and customer needs are satisfied. She is also responsible for developing the Strategic Plan and budget of the Shared Services Centre along with the Performance Review cycle to ensure the effective deployment of the strategy and the set plans for SSC. As part of her job, Shamma monitors the quality of all services provided though processes and service improvement and enhancement.
Previously, Shamma was Manager for Operational Excellence in the company's Strategic Planning and Business Development Department. In that capacity, she helped business units set their strategies by developing strategy maps, performance contracts, and adopting the Balanced Scorecard tool. She worked to improve and enhance their performance by creating awareness of European quality management models and striving to adapt them. She started her career as a Senior Analyst running feasibility studies for special projects for business units looking into new investments. She holds an MBA from Bradford University and she’s a certified EFQM assessor.
