Anil is a Chartered Accountant (CPA Equivalent) with 20+ Years of Industry Experience in Financial Services, Corporate Finance and International Accounting, of which 9+ Years he has spent with General Electric (GE). Anil started his Career with Blue Star in 1988 post qualifying CA. Joined GE in 1992 in their Plastics Division, GE Plastics India Ltd. (GEPI) and was their Corporate Finance Manager till 1997. He then moved to GE Capital International Services (GECIS) in 1997 as a core team member to start the Back office Business of GE capital. In March 2001 joined HCL BPO as Vice President Shared Services as part of their Core Team to setup their BPO Operations. In September 2002, Anil was promoted at HCL BPO as the Center Head for Contact Center Services at Noida and also lead the Quality initiatives across the organization. He joined Convergys in July 2003 to head the Contact Center Operations for their Financial Clients (Servicing three large Credit and Bank Card Services companies in US). Anil was with Xansa India , a Steria Company at Noida, from 2005 - Aug 2007 as a Director – F&A Service . Anil is currently working with Pfizer Inc. as Director BPO and India Site Leader since Oct 2007 ??Being a Qualified Master Black Belt from Center for Learning and Organizational Excellence (CLOE - USA), Anil was heading the Six Sigma Quality initiative at GECIS in their Accounting Services Division. His responsibilities included providing Quality support for achieving Six Sigma and re-engineering Business Process Management Services.
