Michael Rehkopf is a partner at TPI, the world’s largest sourcing advisory firm, with responsibility for TPI's North Asia business.
With more 25 years of experience in operations, strategy and sourcing covering all major parts of the globe working for Australian, Canadian, German, Japanese and US companies in both business process and IT, Michael is a recognized expert in the use of sourcing (outsourcing, shared services, captive centers etc) to improve business performance.
Michael has led the establishment of businesses in Australia, Japan and China yielding deep insights into the opportunities and challenges of global business.
He is currently the Chairman of GBDe (Global Business Dialogue on E-society), a worldwide, CEO-led, business initiative, established in January 1999 to assist the development of a global policy framework for the ever-expanding online society.
Michael received his Bachelor Degree from the University of Waterloo (Canada) and also holds a Master of Dispute Resolution from the University of Technology, Sydney (Australia).
