Deborah Coakley joined Qantas in 2007 as the General Manager Group Resourcing, responsible for the development of Qantas Careers and the Group-wide resourcing strategy.
Deborah currently oversees the shared services business units of Recruitment, Remuneration and Benefits, People Contact Centres, Learning and Development, Staff Travel, Identification Services and Worker's Compensation. In addition, she provides HR leadership for international regions including Asia, EMEA and USA.
With pervious human resources and recruitment experience gained with organisations such as Deloitte and Alexander Mann Solutions, Deborah has built operations from initial concept and implemented change and process improvement to existing business units. She is an experienced business coach and holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
