Earle Allen, CEBS, is the Vice President, Retirement Plan Services at Cammack LaRhette. He joined the organization in 1990, and now has over 20 years of experience as an employee benefits consultant. Recently, his focus has shifted to the implementation and management of strategic initiatives and the overall delivery of services to defined contribution plan clients. Earle also works directly with several of our clients as an additional consulting resource. In addition, Earle manages the retirement plan RFP process, providing detailed comparisons and analyses of retirement plan vendor programs. He is also the compliance manager for the New York office.
For the previous five years, Earle has supervised the account teams that manage the retirement plans of our defined contribution plan clients serviced out of our New York headquarters. Earle has guided several clients through compliance audits, and worked with clients in developing systems to help them measure the success of their retirement plans in meeting objectives. Earle received a bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College. He also holds a master of business administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a dual emphasis on management and marketing.
