Nicolas de Kouchkovsky
Nicolas de Kouchkovsky is responsible for developing the Genesys brand and all Marketing activities. He brings more than 25 years of IT industry experience to this role.
Nicolas spent 10 years at Genesys in senior leadership positions after its acquisition by Alcatel (now Alcatel-Lucent) in 2000. As Vice President of Products and Strategy, he oversaw product management, product marketing and strategy while helping Genesys achieve a market leader position in the contact center software market. He later served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, overseeing key acquisitions. In 2009, as President, he was responsible for the management of Genesys, driving its strategic directions and expanding the solution portfolio with increased capabilities in Intelligent Workload Distribution, Analytics and Multi-channel. Genesys was named to the 2009 Visionaries quadrant for E-services by the market research firm Gartner, Inc.
