Currently as a Country Manager HR for HP India sales, Anand Kabra is responsible for leading the HR efforts for the HP's India Sales team across all the businesses--a total business size of $2 Billion. Kabra has 14+ years of versatile experience across Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales & Marketing, Six Sigma & Lean, Account Management, Program Management, Compliance & Human Resources. He has been a part of the set up teams of 2 businesses which were built from scratch in Genpact in the Infrastructure and Software Services domain.
Previously, as HR Leader for Genpacts ITO businesses, Kabra was responsible for managing the extremely intensive HR function for a 150MM P&L at Genpact & has been instrumental in a lot of pioneering initiatives like realigning HR function around Biz imperatives significantly impacting Cost Levers, Organization Re-structuring, Creating Shared Services for enhancing Operational efficiencies in Support functions and building a forward looking HR team.
Prior to this he led the Quality function and got the Organization successfully assessed at CMMi level 5. Genpact is amongst the first 10 organizations in the world to be assessed in the latest version 1.2 and the first one to complete it in a record time of 7 months. Kabra is a certified Black Belt and Master Black Belt instrumental in setting up & improving processes across Delivery, Front End and Transitions & Customer Service teams, deploying Lean & Six Sigma methodologies.
He has had critical stints in Program Managing a $40MM (TCV) engagement for a Global Plastics Mfg client. This has been one of the most complex Application Management engagements cutting across 40+ technologies and customer base across the globe. An engagement which boasts of world class best practices in the AMS space and an unprecedented management of metrics focused on business processes. Kabra has been involved in Solutioning of a Global AMS deal of $100MM & a lot of other AMS deals of varying size & complexity in Genpact.
