Chris Knop has over 17 years experience in the contact centre industry having worked in senior management roles for Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Worldcom and QANTAS Airways.
He is currently Director at Avasara Consulting Limited (www.avasara.biz) a consulting firm focused on the hotel and hospitality industry and offers contact centre advisory services.
Based in Hong Kong, he sits as executive committee member, Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility for the Hong Kong Call Centre Association (HKCCA). He is also Vice Chair of the sustainable development committee for the Australian Chamber of Commerce.
He is a COPC-2000 Standard Registered Coordinator and a certified Display Screen Equipment assessor. He is regularly invited to speak at industry related conferences worldwide.
