Felix has been leading Latam Consulting Services since 2004 and Latam BPO Business Development since 2009. He has more than twenty years of experience with sixteen years in outsourcing and consulting at Capgemini, Ernst & Young and Andersen, He has extensive experience in developing and implementing Corporate Strategy, Shared Services Centers, Outsourcing, Process Reengineering and ERP’s for global multinational clients. His experience includes projects in many industries and various countries all around Latin America and Europe. He also was for about four years, member of the group who represents Kaizen Institute of Japan, implementing this methodology in major companies in the Region.
