Steve Latham started Spur Interactive to help companies better utilize the Web as a means for growing their business. Since starting the company in 2002, Latham has developed and implemented successful online strategies for FedEx Kinko's, Southwest Airlines, Amegy Bank, Tyrell, Inc., Houston Chronicle, Halliburton, the Houston Museum of Natural Science and Pro-mark Drum Sticks, to name a few.
Latham previously held executive roles with PentaSafe Security Technologies, the Houston Technology Center and Yellowstone Capital. Earlier in his career, Latham also worked for the Boston Consulting Group and Bank of America.
Latham is the founder and President of the Houston Interactive Marketing Association and an active Board member of the Houston Advertising Federation and Prepared 4 Life. Latham is a co-founder and Board member of the Houston Technology Center and a member of the Technology Executive Club of Houston, the Mayor’s Economic Task Force and the Center for Houston’s Future 2005 Leadership class.
Latham is a frequent industry lecturer and an active member of the business and non-profit community. Latham received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA from the University of Oklahoma.
