Kelley Carson is a 17-year call center veteran. Known for her commitment to customer experience, she has excelled in the areas of employee retention with her holistic approach to culture and employee satisfaction. Carson serves as the Director of Customer Services for BendBroadband, an Oregon-based telecommunications provider. Prior to her current role, Carson worked for Cox Communications for 11 years in various Call Center and key Operational roles. Carson is a graduate of the College of St. Mary, and though she has lived in many cities, considers Council Bluffs, Iowa, her hometown.
