Pam Turner and Katherine Maloney

Pamela Turner is Director of Career Services at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts where she created and leads the corporate career development program. Prior to this role, she held the position of Director of Organizational Development. She has over 20 years of management experience in operations, finance, sales and human resources. Prior to her career at BCBSMA, she managed the start-up of an HR recruitment agency for several years with responsibility for sales and operations. Ms. Turner holds a Bachelors degree from Boston University and a Masters degree in education from Harvard University.

Katherine Maloney is currently a Career Services Consultant in Human Resources at Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA. Formerly, Kathy was a senior training and development consultant for various financial service organizations including BankBoston and Fidelity Investments, worked in outplacement as a job search trainer/coach, and was principal of Crossroads Training and Consulting. Kathy earned her MBA from Babson College and a BA in History from Boston College. Kathy is a Board member on the Boston Chapter of the Association of Career Professionals International, and chairs the Programming Committee.
