As Vice President of Client Services, Jason oversees the dedicated team of technical experts who consistently deliver critical support to clients every day. He is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service, helping to set the exceptional standards for response and resolution that Coretelligent clients have come to expect.
As both a technical lead and head of client services, Jason has worked on numerous clients in diverse verticals such as financial services, legal, biotech, pharmaceuticals, automotive manufacturing, and the non-profit sector. He carries certifications on a range of software, security, and networking technologies.
Prior to Coretelligent, Jason spent 10 years at Welsh Consulting where his technical expertise, business acumen and fierce dedication to client service earned him a strategic leadership role as a partner of the firm. During his tenure, Jason developed and mentored staff, authored and formalized processes, and drove substantial revenue growth.
Jason earned a degree in Computer Science at the University of Massachusetts, a BA in Music Business at Berklee College of Music, and is currently pursuing an MBA at Boston University.
