William J Rothwell

William J. Rothwell, Ph.D., SPHRis President of Rothwell & Associates, Inc., a full-service private consulting firm that specializes in all facets of succession planning and management and related HR issues.  He is also a Professor of Workforce Education and Development in a leading university.  In 2012, he earned ASTD’s prestigious Distinguished Contribution to Workplace Learning and Performance Award. He has worked as a consultant with 45 multinational companies and with many organizations—including Motorola China, the U.S. Department of Labor, UNICEF, Ford Motor Company, and ASTD.
