Carol Williamson has been with Bristol Myers Squibb at the Biologics facility in Syracuse, New York since 1997.
She currently is a Scientist in the Manufacturing Sciences and Technology department as the SME for shipping of biologics for the Bristol Myers Squibb network, including third party manufacturing. She has been the SME for shipping for the past 12 years.
Carolyn is certified as a Project Management Professional. She uses this experience in her current focused projects as well as her past experience in equipment and utility validation, freeze-thaw, mixing validation and Disposables/Consumables, including the evaluation of potential leachables in filters and bioprocess containers.
Carolyn holds a B.S. degree from The Catholic University of America with emphasis in Biology and an M.B.A. degree from LeMoyne College with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Carolyn has been a Toastmaster since 2006 and has held positions of leadership including Club President and Area Governor. Carolyn is an avid runner and tri athlete. She finished her 3rd Boston Marathon in 2014.
