Main Stage Plenary Presentation
This is THE Rock Star role for your company. Plenary sessions run 45 minutes long and are non-competing. Client led sessions, case studies, fireside chats are encouraged as all eyes are on you, so the more relatable the content and the speakers, the better. Only two vendors are given the opportunity to speak on the main stage, giving your company an exclusive advantage when educating a highly qualified audience on your expertise.
Tracks are designed to give our audience a more customized experience and our speakers a more customized and engaged audience. This speaking opportunity comes with full AV support and 45 minutes with just about half of the (conference) attendees. This session can be done in a multitude of different formats but client-led/ case study presentations garner the best results.
Your Company will participate in one 45 minute panel session on the main conference agenda. You will have the choice to participate as the panel moderator or a panel speaker. Speaking alongside today’s key industry players strengthens your organization’s branding as a leading solution provider in the marketplace, while highlighting first hand your successful implementations.
Your Company will have the opportunity to facilitate up to a 2 hour pre-conference workshop session. Facilitating this interactive workshop will allow you to demonstrate your expertise to a niche group of key industry players that have specifically invested additional funds in the topic you will be presenting. This opportunity will strengthen your organization’s brand as a leading solution provider in the marketplace, while giving your company front of mind exposure within a learning situation.
Interactive Discussion Groups (IDGs)/ Roundtable Discussion
Your Company will facilitate TWO back-to-back 30 minute Interactive Discussion Groups (IDGs) on the main conference agenda. IDGs provide facilitators the opportunity to meet with speakers and other participants to discuss a relevant topic in a small group setting. No formal presentations are expected; instead, facilitators should have a clear plan for facilitating a highly interactive discussion about a pressing issue. This speaking engagement will strengthen Your Company’s branding and credibility as a leading solution provider in the marketplace, while highlighting and reinforcing first hand your expertise to a highly qualified and interested audience.
