Cindy has been working in the Biotech and Pharmaceutical industries for 25 years. During her career, Cindy has participated in numerous LIMS projects in roles ranging from subject matter expert to technical specialist as well as participating in various projects for Empower, OpenLab, ELNs and a lab instruments. She has worked at multiple companies as they navigate through the M&A process, both as the acquiring company and the acquired company. Cindy was recently the Lab Manager at Shire supporting the legacy Baxalta LIMS environment and working toward a unified LIMS solution and is now the Lab Operations Systems manager at Bristol Myers Squibb.
