I have been working in the LIMS arena for nearly 20 years on the vendor side supporting and building systems in a wide variety of Laboratory types and on the customer side in the NHS Pathology and Pharmaceutical research.

I work Adaptimmune Ltd implementing a complex cutting edge research system which must be able to change quickly but still maintain ease of use to service the Research requirements of Immuno-Oncology.  To this end we are using the Labware system but building it with useability as a really key feature.
