Director of Machine Learning & Digital CMC in Cell Therapy Development & Automation, I have led the development of digital twins for process control and insights. I've worked closely with Professor George Em Karniadakis on Physics-Informed Neural Networks and overseen causal analysis projects with the PyMC scientific group. My role involves directing AI initiatives for optimizing cell therapy processes and driving digital transformation across Cell Therapies. I was responsible for the implementation of machine learning for cell therapy manufacturing, solution invention, and the development of a centralized knowledge-based system. My leadership in projects such as the Semantic Data integration software and PRECO Digital Twins project underscores my commitment to innovation and process optimization. Seven Bridges, As Senior Product Development Manager, I managed population genomics solutions, including the Aria variant store and projects in collaboration with Washington University DCC. My role involved developing solutions for population genomics use cases, supporting commercial and academic scientific organizations.
