Kamal is the President & Chief Operating Officer of Xybion, a US-based leading global technology product company solving business problems in the highly regulated industries. He is the author of Pharma’s Prescription published by Elsevier Inc and an acknowledged leader in the life sciences industry with over 20 years’ experience in management consulting and pharmaceutical business. Very recently, Kamal was a Partner and leader of the global Life Sciences practice at Infosys Consulting. Before that, he spent several years working with pharma companies including Novartis Pharma and Ciba Geigy to manage manufacturing and late- stage R&D functions.

Kamal is a trained Design Thinking expert and helps companies create innovative ideas, demystify mysteries, and define problems better to transform businesses through the adoption of innovative technologies.
