Rob Guenard

Rob Guenard, Ph.D., is Associate Vice President of CMC Analytics at Parabilis Medicines, where he leads analytical development along with digital and data sciences for the CMC organization. In this role, he is responsible for advancing the organization’s digital transformation strategy, including Smart Lab initiatives, with a focus on integrating people, process, and technology to realize measurable value.


Rob brings nearly 30 years of experience across the chemical and biopharmaceutical industries. Prior to Parabilis, he held senior leadership roles in digital and data sciences at Pfizer Development and Biogen and spent 12 years at Merck (MSD) working across technology innovation, operations leadership, process analytics, and knowledge management. He began his career at Dow Chemical in Central R&D, specializing in process analytics and molecular spectroscopy.


Rob holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Florida. He is active in industry leadership, serving on the IFPAC Scientific Advisory Board (Conference Chair, 2020–2021) and the IAAE Life Sciences Advisory Board.
