Scott Lunk is currently the Head of Seed Quality Testing North America for Bayer Crop Science. In this role, he provides strategic leadership for a network of scientists, laboratory analysts and data scientists bridging across technologies and multiple testing facilities in genetics, bacteriology, physiology and molecular sciences which directly impacts and supports Bayer’s $3.4B North American seeds business each year. Across 27 years leading supply chain operations, manufacturing and quality in the chemical and seeds business, Scott integrates a focus on business outcomes with Lean methodology, specializing in developing and implementing successful organizational-scaled transformations.
