Jim Grigg is the Manufacturing Operations Manager for the Loughborough facility of 3M Drug Delivery Systems.
A graduate in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Business Administration, Jim has 11 years experience in manufacturing engineering, production management and overall site management in a regulated environment producing and supplying respiratory protection equipment to domestic overseas markets.
He also has Eighteen years experience leading organisations accredited to International Standards in Quality Management, Environmental Management, Occupational Health and Safety and Medical Device Manufacture.
In his current role Jim has overall management accountability for the 3M Loughborough site manufacturing and packaging operations ensuring compliance to current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards.
