Join this session to explore how Roche transformed its sourcing process for CDMOs. The company initially encountered a major challenge when launching a large-scale Request for Information across multiple CDMOs supporting a variety of drug products. Without a centralised database, it was difficult to identify, compare, and assess CDMOs and their service offerings efficiently.

This challenge prompted the development of a bespoke database application, designed to capture, structure, and provide rapid access to CDMO capabilities. The solution has since enabled Roche to make more informed, data-driven decisions when selecting partners, while also streamlining timelines and reducing complexity within the sourcing process.
