As VP of Healthcare Experience, Mike is responsible for ensuring the Avtex healthcare clients have the solutions they need to deliver exceptional experiences to their customers and consumers. This includes thought leadership, sales, marketing, delivery and long-term client success. Mike has spent the last two decades of his career sharing his passion for healthcare with providers, payers, and other healthcare IT companies. He has worked with and held leadership roles at nationally recognized organizations including Cleveland Clinic, Hazelden Betty Ford and Leidos. Mike has an entrepreneurial spirit, starting two healthcare companies. He understands the complexities of healthcare and how to align solutions to ultimately drive improved healthcare consumer experience, satisfaction, outcomes and financial results. Mike calls Minneapolis home and in his free time, he loves to golf, coach hockey and spending time with family in northern MN.
