If the last few years have taught us anything, it’s to expect the unexpected. New challenges are evolving all the time – but so too are the opportunities: if we stand ready to take advantage of them.
In this morning’s workshop, we pool are collective experience and imaginations to build a Clinical Trial Supply Toolkit. What are the fundamental skills and approaches that would make us such a toolkit? Who is the toolkit for? And how can you build a series of resources that everybody in your team can benefit from?

- Determining What We Need: We distil our way through the myriad of challenges confronting us to identify the fundamental factors that determine our success in any given situation.
- Building Expertise: How can you pool knowledge & resources whilst ensuring that this is shared throughout your team so to enable all stakeholders to be successful?
- Making It Tangible: Learn how to ensure your toolbox is practical, allowing you to apply it to real-world challenges and adapt it to new and evolving situations
- A Team Effort: We each have different skillsets. How can you ensure that your people are well-positioned to play to their strengths and ensure that individual success translates into team success?
- Leveraging AI For The Clinical Trial Supply Chain: We investigate where AI promises the greatest potential benefits. How close are we to achieving these benefits and what will it mean for the future potential of our supply chains?
