Annie Curti is a senior biopharmaceutical strategy and launch leader with more than 15 years of experience guiding commercialization, portfolio strategy, and launch execution across specialty and rare disease markets. As Director, Product Strategy & Launch Excellence – Hematology at Novartis, she leads cross-functional efforts that support high-stakes investment decisions, executive alignment, and go-to-market planning for priority assets. Annie is recognized for her expertise in launch strategy and has built her career helping organizations translate complex market dynamics into clear strategic direction. Prior to Novartis, she spent a decade at Deloitte, where she was a founding member of the Cell & Gene Therapy Practice and advised life sciences clients on growth strategy, commercialization, and innovation. She holds an MBA from Hult International Business School and a BA from Shanghai Normal University.
