Greg has over 25 years of life science consulting in industry experience, with a focus on commercialization and product launches. Since founding Asymmetry Group in 2017, Greg and the Asymmetry team have built launch excellence functions, driven launch diagnostics, and led or participated in dozens of launches for established and emerging biopharma companies. Previously, Greg developed Biogen's Global Launch Excellence function followed by several other leadership roles including serving as head of Biogen's Global Commercial Operations and Excellence team. Greg also worked in Corporate Strategy at Life Technologies (now Thermo Fisher) and led Monitor Group's (now Deloitte) practice area in Launch Excellence, including capability development, strategic launch prep, and launch diagnostics. Greg Holds an A.B. in Biology & Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College, and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management.
