Liz has more than 25 years of biopharmaceutical commercial experience. As Vice President of Commercial Operations at Xenon Pharmaceuticals, she leads the development of the company's commercial capabilities in preparation for its first potential product launch. Prior to joining Xenon, Liz held commercial leadership roles at Blueprint Medicines, Biogen, Genzyme/Sanofi, and Merck, where she led commercial operations, field excellence and operation, sales effectiveness, and commercial training initiatives. After starting her career in primary care sales, her therapeutic experience spans academic medicine, cardiovascular, rare disease, oncology, neurology, and precision medicine. She is a dot connector, who specializes in bridging strategy to execution. She holds a B.S. in Marketing from Providence College.
