Paolo has 20+ years of experience in life sciences commercial strategy and operations across management consulting, industry, and entrepreneurial ventures, including nearly a decade at Monitor Group and Simon-Kucher & Partners and leadership roles at Sanofi/Bioverativ and Biogen. Work has spanned pricing and market access, franchise strategy, competitive intelligence, and commercialization planning, serving top global pharmaceutical and biotech companies across the US, Europe, and MENA. Co-founded a start-up pioneering the use of generative AI in data infrastructure. Holds a five-year Laurea (equivalent to M.S.) in Chemical Engineering cum laude from Federico II University in Naples, Italy.
