Rich Verde is a Senior Commercial Leader at Ferring Pharmaceuticals who helped build the commercial organization and operating model behind what is now the fourth best-selling gene therapy in the United States. Since approval, he has helped shape the strategy, structure, and cross-functional execution that grew the business from a small core team into a successful oncology launch generating several hundred million dollars in sales and growing. His career has spanned sales, marketing, commercial operations, strategy, and launch excellence. He has built teams, developed talent, led brands, executed complex launches, and most importantly, had a lot of fun doing it.
