I want to set up a healthcare company in UK , basically we want to start distributing and selling generics DRUGS to big pharmacies and third world countries . The pharma drug will be manucfactured and packaged by our manufacturing partners accross the world ... the question is what do i need in terms of registration and setting up the company in UK , do i need a special license ?
