Pharmacovigilance is something that has no borders and in July this year, some key regulations were passed which will have a profound effect conceptually and technically on those who are working with pharma products which are commercialised in the EU. However, those working in risk management in North America will also need a clear understanding of the impact that these regultaions are likely to have.
