The issue of drug safety has recently risen to become a top priority for healthcare practitioners and consumers, and is receiving a lot of coverage not
only in medical literature,  but also in the media. As a result, the healthcare professionals and regulators need to unite to define and establish the required strategies for improving medication use processes to ensure patient safety.
