Cold Chain Management systems require maintaining stable temperatures, to preserve quality, efficacy and reliability of critical biopharmaceutical products.  Payload temperatures are highly dependent on cold chain management design and pack-out configurations as well as on the ambient profile of shipping lanes. Current practices require extensive iterative physical testing of proposed pack-out designs to validate and certify for particular combination of product type and shipping routes. Multiple thermal tests to qualify pack-out configurations require considerable costs, time and effort.

This complimentary webinar highlights:

  • NX Thermal is a comprehensive thermal simulation solution, which can model all aspects of heat transfer including Conduction, Convection and Radiation
  • NX Flow is powerful 3D fluid flow solution, which can model all types of internal and external flows
  • NX Thermal and NX Flow can be used in a coupled fashion to solve the conjugate heat transfer problem, simulating both active and passive thermal problems
